D.O.T. REGULATIONS
In
recent news, it’s reported that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol
is beginning to regulate more than just heavy
tractor/trailer rigs. Medium duty delivery trucks and even
farm trucks are now in the spotlight. Current federal
regulations for lighter trucks however, have been in place
since 1995. Subject to regulations are any vehicle rated
above 10,000 pound GVW and that does business across state
lines.
